All garments are washed in cold water with hypoallergenic detergent and medium heat to dry with Downy or Tide fabric softener unless no scent is requested.
We use Persil or Tide for detergents. If fabric softener is requested Downy is used.
Safety and sanitation is what we pride ourselves on to ensure all garments in our possession are handle with care. We require consent forms for all bookings certifying before pickup all items have been examined and confirmed free of bed bugs, flees, blood, urine, vomit, feces, excessive pet hair and/or bio-hazardous materials or chemicals.
If we inspect garment and ANY instances mentioned above are found all payments made are forfeited and no refund issued. If applicable all items will be returned "as is" and will incur $50 return fee and forfeit deposit.
At this time we do not offer a laundre service for pets. Also, if excessive pet hair is found when expecting laundre $50 return fee will be applied and will forfeit deposit.
All orders must be canceled or rescheduled 24 or 48 hours for premium services prior appointment time via our appointment site https://Dryr.as.me/. For further questions email dryrlaundry@gmail.com. All deposits are non-refundable.
You can include tip upon booking and/or leaving a special note at time of booking advising of tip amount once service ticket is processed.
